KF GROUP NT is seeking a highly organised and experienced Project Manager to join our growing team in Darwin, NT. This full-time role will be responsible for managing projects from start to completion.The position is in Darwin and travel to remote areas if need it.

What you'll be doing

Manage and deliver commercial construction projects from inception to completion

Ensure projects meet time, quality, budget, and safety standards

Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and subcontractors

Lead and mentor project teams, providing guidance and support

Develop and control project budgets and cost management

Ensure compliance with HSEQ requirements

Demonstrate adherence to our Blueprint values

Utilize MS Project and MS Office Suite for project management tasks

Minimize costs through numerical aptitude and commercial savviness

Qualifications & Experience

Proven experience as a Project Manager in the NT construction industry.

At least 6 years of project management

Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction methodologies.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Strong leadership skills to manage and influence subcontractors

Australian Citizenship or Permanent Resident

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in MS Office & Excel.
