We’re seeking a friendly and reliable Office All Rounder to join our Riverstone team. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, has a great eye for design, and is looking for a position that balances professional life with family responsibilities.

What You'll Be Doing:

Preparing and issuing job estimates and quotes (comprehensive training will be provided)

Assisting clients with colour selections and material choices in the showroom

Answering and directing phone calls and client inquiries

Liaising with designers, builders, cabinetmakers, and homeowners

What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication and customer service skills

A friendly, professional manner both on the phone and in person

Interest in interior design, stone, or building materials (helpful but not essential)

Great time management and attention to detail

Willingness to learn quoting software and internal systems

Experience in admin or showroom support roles is a bonus
