Working in a small team environment and reporting through to the Team Leader your role includes the following:

Build professional customer relationships over the phone, email and chat.

Maximise customer satisfaction through professional customer service

Ensure customer contact is maximised through upselling of products

Order processing, ensuring orders are processed and shipped in a timely manner

Keep customers up to date with regards to their orders, ie backorders, shipping dates

Processing warranty requests.

Assisting customers with product queries

Educate and assist users with suite of self-help tools and on-line ordering system

Provide elementary troubleshooting

Support global accounts as required

To be successful in acquiring this role you need the following skills and attributes:

Outstanding communication skills

Highly proficient in MS Office

The ability to learn and acquire product knowledge

Demonstrated ability to multitask

Basic technical troubleshooting skills

Ability to work independently
