Sandalwood Feedlot, located in Irvingdale, Queensland, is a premier Wagyu beef production facility operated by LOTTE International. With a capacity of 17,000 head of cattle, the feedlot is part of a vertically integrated supply chain that emphasizes animal welfare, sustainability, and premium beef quality.

The Role
As a Livestock Administration Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and efficient livestock administration records. You will coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless data management and adherence to national livestock traceability standards.

Your duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Managing cattle entries and exits in the feedlot management systems (FY3000, StockAid, Feedbunk 3000)
• Maintaining accurate inventory records and reconciling data across platforms
• Coordinating with customers and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate information flow
• Ensuring compliance with NLIS requirements and maintaining Lifetime Traceability of livestock
• Conducting monthly veterinary chemical stocktakes and managing related data
• Preparing reports for audits and compliance purposes

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have a strong willingness to learn and a keen eye for detail. Although not a essential requirement, it is highly desirable if you have the following

• Proficiency in FY3000, StockAid, and Feedbunk 3000 feedlot management software
• Competency in Xero, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
• High attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve compliance issues
• Experience in livestock administration or agricultural operations
