The Images Lounge Bar and Restaurant located at Platinum International provides guests’ a contemporary dining experience offering seasonal a la carte menus, chefs specials, an extensive wine list and table service.

We are seeking a passionate qualified Chef to join our team. The successful applicant must have good time and task management skills, great communication, and the ability to work as an effective team member. Being able to work under pressure is a must. Previous experience in a similar role is essential.

You will have food safety knowledge and the willingness to grow your kitchen management skills.

To be successful you must:

• Hold relevant qualifications and previous experience in a similar role.
• Must have a la carte experience
• Have knowledge about Modern Australian Cuisine
• Be flexible to work a range of different shifts including weekends.
• Be able to work under pressure within a dynamic team environment.
• Be self-motivated and able to work without supervision.
• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
