Kings Beach Surf Club, positioned at the northern end of Kings Beach overlooking the iconic Kings Beach Pool is known for its quality meals, great customer service and amazing views. The Club is seeking an Experienced Full Time Sous Chef to join the team.

This role will support the Head Chef in managing the back of house operations to ensure the Club maintains and builds on its great reputation for food and customer experience. Furthermore, the role includes training and development of lower level staff to maximise the skill set of the team.

Key requirements:

· Hold current trade qualifications;

· Be an experienced Sous Chef with minimum 3 years post trade experience;

· Proven experience in a similar fast paced environment;

· Demonstrate a reliable employment history;

· Current Drivers’ Licence and access to reliable vehicle; and

· Ability to work a flexible roster over 7 days.
