We’re Looking for Someone Who:

• Has extensive experience in concrete resurfacing. (must be able to complete start to finish).
• Can confidently run job sites, manage small crews, and maintain high-quality standards.
• Communicates clearly with clients and teammates
• Has strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Holds a valid full driver's license
• Has a proactive, can-do attitude and thrives in a hands-on leadership role
