About the role

Jeffrey Bell & Son Concreting is seeking an experienced Concreter to join our team in Rutherford, NSW. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for all aspects of concrete installation and finishing across a range of commercial and residential projects.

What you'll be doing

Carry out all aspects of concreting from start to finish

Read and interpret construction plans and specifications

Collaborate with the team to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards

Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with relevant building codes and safety regulations

What we're looking for

Minimum 4 years' experience as a qualified Concreter, preferably within the building/construction industry

Strong knowledge of formwork & concreting

Willing to work in with a team of professionals that have a high attention to detail

Ability to read and interpret construction plans and drawings

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

Good physical fitness and the ability to perform physically demanding work

Be able to present & conduct themselves in a professional manner

Commitment to safety and attention to detail

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Ability to operate excavators & positracks an advantage

Truck license an advantage

Relevant trade qualifications or certifications
