We are currently seeking a Manufacturing Operations Supervisor to lead the daily operations of our manufacturing facility, with a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and team development.

About the Role

This hands-on supervisory role is responsible for overseeing production workflows, leading the team, maintaining compliance, and ensuring operational excellence across the manufacturing arm.

Key Responsibilities

Lead daily task allocation and team supervision

Oversee safe operation of milling production lines

Operate and supervise milling equipment and forklift use

Ensure production targets and quality standards are consistently met

Enforce WHS procedures and maintain a clean, hazard-free environment

Liaise with wholesale customers and ensure dispatch documentation is accurate

Coordinate general maintenance of mill and yard areas

Promptly report hazards, risks, or breakdowns

What We’re Looking For

Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or milling operations

Confident leadership with the ability to manage and support a small team

Forklift ticket (or willingness to obtain one)

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe work practices

Excellent communication and time management skills
