About the Role
This is hands-on work within a high-volume manufacturing environment. You’ll be trained to operate machinery, carry out quality checks, and assist in day-to-day production.
There are multiple positions available, covering both day shifts and rotating shift rosters.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operating machinery in either the lamination or extrusion departments
• Performing product quality checks and sorting or removing defects
• Packing and preparing materials for dispatch
• Working to production schedules and maintaining efficiency
• Assisting a small team (5 people) depending on your experience
• Troubleshooting equipment and maintaining a clean, safe work area
• Using forklifts and manual handling equipment as required

What We're Looking For

• A reliable, can-do attitude and a strong focus on safety
• Forklift licence
• Manufacturing or machine operation experience is highly regarded
• Good communication skills
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
• Leadership experience is a bonus, or a desire to step up
• Willingness to work rotating shifts if required

Shift Details

• Day: 6:00am – 2:00pm
• Afternoon: 2:00pm – 10:00pm
• Night: 10:00pm – 6:00am (finishing Saturday morning)

• Day Shift: 6:00am – 2:30pm
• Rotating Shift: Weekly rotation across day, afternoon, and night shift
