We're looking for an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead our client's Brisbane warehouse team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about safety, teamwork, and efficiency.

This position will be day shift - 7am starts

What You'll Do

• 
  Lead and support the warehouse team to meet daily goals.
• 
  Provide regular feedback, coaching, and recognition to staff.
• 
  Ensure safety procedures are followed at all times.
• 
  Manage stock levels and maintain accurate inventory.
• 
  Prioritise and oversee container loading/unloading.
• 
  Pick orders, put away stock, and load/unload trucks.
• 
  Keep the warehouse clean and organised.
• 
  Improve work processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

What We're Looking For

• 
  Previous experience in a warehouse supervisor or team leader role.
• 
  Good leadership and communication skills.
• 
  Strong focus on safety and attention to detail.
• 
  Able to work well in a team and lead by example.
