About The Opportunity

As a Customer Support Specialist – Spare Parts, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to all customers. Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide timely, accurate support on parts inquiries, quotes, orders, and availability.
  • Process customer orders for replacement and spare parts accurately.
  • Resolve issues with defective parts, returns, backorders, and shipping.
  • Maintain detailed records of orders and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with staff on inventory, sales support, and daily operations.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets through strong service and sales.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction with accurate info and quick resolutions.
  • Process orders efficiently to support smooth operations.
About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven customer service excellence, providing prompt and helpful support.
  • Experience in upselling, cross-selling, and driving sales growth.
  • Strong communication; follows instructions and collaborates well with teams.
  • Reliable team player with a strong work ethic.
  • Analytical skills to resolve client technical issues.
  • Experience with ERP tools (Salesforce, Infor) and MS Office reporting.
