We’re looking for someone who’s a natural people person — friendly, switched-on, and full of positive energy — to be the voice (and smile) behind our wholesale bakery.

As our Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the key point of contact for the cafés, restaurants and retailers who count on us daily for artisan bread, flaky pastries, and sweet treats. You’ll solve problems and build strong relationships — both from the office and out on the road. Yes, you’ll need a car — but we’ll cover the travel as part of your salary.

What You’ll Be Doing

Responding to enquiries via phone and email

Managing and updating wholesale customer accounts

Liaising with production and delivery teams

Visiting clients to build relationships, provide support and promote our product range

Handling the occasional hiccup with professionalism and empathy

Keeping our CRM up to date and helping with basic admin like invoicing and reports

Sharing customer feedback and contributing to service improvements

What We’re Looking For

At least 2 years of experience in customer service, admin or client-facing roles

A warm, friendly communicator — someone who makes people feel heard

Super organised and calm when things get busy

Confident with Microsoft Office and comfortable picking up new systems

Someone who enjoys visiting clients and building relationships face to face

A current driver’s licence and your own reliable car (travel included in salary)

Bonus points if you’ve worked in food, hospitality or wholesale — but it’s not essential
