The Role

An opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a $40M+ multi-residential project. This role offers the chance to be at the forefront of a high-profile development and make a significant impact within a leading construction firm.

The Responsibilities

Lead and manage the full lifecycle of large-scale construction projects.

Monitor financial performance and timelines, ensuring key targets are achieved.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

Requirements

Proven track record in managing and delivering large-scale, high-rise, multi-residential construction projects.

Minimum 3-5 years in commercial construction, preferably in infrastructure or large-scale projects.

A tertiary qualification in construction management, engineering, or a related field. PMP or similar certification is highly regarded.
