To be successful you will have the following:

• Tendering / ECI experience
• D&C high rise project experience
• Ideally a Construction Management degree or equivalent tertiary qualification (adequate experience in the role of Project Manager without tertiary qualifications will also be considered)
• Demonstrated experience working as a Project Manager for a mid tier or upper tier Construction Company.
• Ability to manage a team of Contract Administrators and supervisors
• Commercially astute

We are looking for a Gold Coast based Senior Project Manager with high rise residential project experience to work on 3 x ECI's ranging from $60m - $200m.

This role is based on the Gold Coast where you will be supported by their Brisbane office back of house team and work closely with a Snr Design Manager and Estimator to successfully convert one of these projects from ECI through to delivery. You will report through to the Qld Construction Manager.

The ideal candidate has been a Project Manager delivering high rise projects and has the ability to both lead and mentor team members.
