Total Remuneration $130,270 to $153,255 pa (including salary of $110,080 to $129,503 plus 17% superannuation and leave loading)

The Learning and Teaching Futures Directorate at CQUniversity leads curriculum transformation and the creation of engaging resources that support digital and blended education across our multi-campus environment.
You will work within a skilled team to design and deliver high-quality multimedia content for online learning. Your expertise in contemporary learning and teaching will contribute to institution-wide projects that drive innovation and strengthen CQUniversity’s reputation in multi-modal education. You will also contribute to scholarship, research or professional activities, and undertake agreed teaching duties, supporting students to achieve strong learning outcomes.
We're looking for a collaborative professional with experience managing complex projects and using industry-standard tools to produce impactful digital learning solutions. This position offers location flexibility, with the option to work from Rockhampton, Bundaberg, Cairns, Gladstone, Mackay, Melbourne or Townsville. Position Requirements
Postgraduate qualification (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline, with an understanding of the Higher Education and VET sectors, including current trends and challenges.
Proficiency in multimedia development, including filming, editing, and the use of industry-standard software and tools.
Ability to teach and support diverse student cohorts through innovative, multi-modal delivery strategies.
Demonstrated commitment to educational scholarship and the continuous improvement of teaching and learning.
Experience in curriculum design that aligns with regulatory requirements and reflects contemporary educational practice.
