We are hiring a full-time administration/coordinator role with the potential to grow!
Experience preferred, but not necessary.
Paddington-based, NSW.

Our objective: Build major brands in ANZ, through product (at all tiers of retail), brand experiences, promotions, QSR, FMCG, and more. No two days are the same.

- Strong attention to detail, excellent organisational & time management skills
- Proven experience meeting pressing deadlines
- Confident to use initiative and work independently as well as part of a team
- Can present in a professional manner in person and over email, with ability to generate own correspondence
- Comfortable to make calls which require diplomacy
- Absolute team player
- Energetic, a go getter with a “Can Do!” attitude!
- Proactive not reactive
- Ambition to develop
- University education preferred but not mandatory
- Proven keyboard skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint Presentations, Outlook)

We will be training you to complete the following day-to-day responsibilities:
- General business support across all elements of the licensing business that the Business Manager oversees – this includes administrative assistance, marketing and sales support
- Completing paperwork (deal memos) with 100% accuracy
- Driving contracts through to execution from deal memo stage – working with Haven legal and licensor/brand owner to do so, requires attention to detail and stringent tracking
- Retail placement tracking across the various brands
- Sales data tracking
- Preparation & updating of sales tools
- Updating brand calendars
- Sourcing international news across the various brands
- Preparation of monthly licensor/brand owner reports
- Preparation and distribution of news updates to be sent to the trade
- Store visits for business reviews
- Working in conjunction with the Product Development Co-ordinator on product launches
- Understanding of product approvals/creative to support the Product Development Co-ordinator
- Co-ordination & support on marketing initiatives – PR, social media, events, retail promotions, and working with Retail & Brand Marketing Manager on these initiatives
- Liaising with local and international clients and brand owners/licensors
- Working with licensees/suppliers and retailers
- Co-ordinating Business Manager’s diary, travel itineraries, events, meetings and agendas
- Electronic and hard copy filing
