A well-established builder-developer with a strong presence across Southeast Queensland is seeking a seasoned Quality Manager to play a strategic role in driving quality performance across residential and mixed-use construction projects.

Known for delivering exceptional outcomes through a culture of collaboration, innovation, and attention to detail, this organisation offers an exciting opportunity for a quality-focused leader to join a passionate and high-performing team.

What you’ll be doing:

Develop, implement, and continuously improve quality management systems aligned with ISO 9001:2015.

Provide strategic direction and oversight across all project quality functions to ensure compliance with regulatory and client expectations.

Partner with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to embed quality processes throughout the project lifecycle.

Manage internal and external audits, develop risk-based audit schedules, and monitor corrective actions.

Oversee QA for both local and international materials, and ensure inspection plans and documentation meet rigorous standards.

Cultivate a strong quality culture across teams, driving continuous improvement initiatives and excellence in delivery.

What you’ll bring:

Extensive experience in a senior quality role within the construction industry.

Deep understanding of ISO 9001:2015 and hands-on experience with audit and compliance processes.

Strong leadership and communication skills to influence and support diverse project teams.

Proven ability to lead quality systems and initiatives across complex, multi-disciplinary environments.

Tertiary qualifications in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
