With in-house design and development capabilities, they manage projects from concept to completion, offering clients a streamlined, end-to-end service. The Role:
This newly created Quality Manager position has come about as the business continues to scale and diversify into new sectors. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you’ll take full ownership of quality management across all current and future projects, with a strong focus on client-facing post-construction care.
You’ll be responsible for:

• Conducting regular quality audits across sites (around Brisbane), typically every few months
• Overseeing and improving defect management processes and systems
• Acting as the main point of contact for clients in the post-handover period
• Supporting project teams to embed a culture of quality from the ground up
• Developing and delivering training to staff and site teams to ensure consistency and compliance
• Establishing frameworks to support expansion into multi-residential builds (with a much higher volume of end users)

You’ll be based primarily in the company’s Auchenflower office, with travel to sites at your discretion.

About You:
You’ve likely worked in a construction environment where you’ve had exposure to both site-based operations and client-side defect or handover management.

• Ideally worked in a Quality focused role within commercial construction
• Are confident dealing directly with clients and project stakeholders
• Know how to spot quality issues before they become a bigger problem – and know how to educate teams to avoid them
