The Role

As a Contract Administrator, you’ll support the commercial and project delivery teams by managing contract documentation, variations, procurement, and progress claims. Your expertise in AS4000 contracts and strong commercial acumen will be vital in driving successful financial and contractual outcomes across a range of projects.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and manage head and subcontractor agreements (AS4000-based)

Administer variations, RFIs, EOTs, and progress claims

Conduct procurement and tender evaluations for subcontractors and suppliers

Monitor and track budgets, forecasting, and cost reporting

Liaise with site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients

Support project managers in delivering projects on time and within budget

What You’ll Bring

Proven experience as a Contract Administrator in commercial construction

Strong working knowledge of AS4000 contracts and construction law principles

Solid understanding of construction programs, cost control, and compliance

Exceptional attention to detail, organisation, and communication skills

Proficient in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite

A proactive and team-oriented attitude
