The Role
As an Implementation Officer, you will be vital in managing and supporting client relationships through regular meetings and exceptional service. The primary responsibilities include:
Answering and responding effectively to incoming enquiries (primarily via email).
Conducting regular client meetings (online or onsite) to understand their needs, address concerns, and align on project progress and deliverables.
Proactively following up on client requests and ensuring timely, effective communication.
Providing logistics and customer service support tailored to clients' unique requirements.
Monitoring and assisting in the coordination of interstate transport.
Building and maintaining relationships with transport suppliers to ensure reliable service delivery for clients.
Delivering both onsite and online training sessions to ensure clients are fully equipped to use our systems and processes.
Supporting client retention and satisfaction through dedicated hypercare phases.
Working closely with our Sales & Operations teams to ensure a smooth handover from onboarding to ongoing account management.
Demonstrate strong client-facing skills to enable effective communication and seamless project delivery.
Performing additional activities as outlined in a detailed position description.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday.
Full Time - 40 hours per week.
