Your purpose
You will be a vital link between our advisers and our valued clients—anticipating needs, preparing flawlessly for meetings and driving advice to implementation. Your mix of client‑facing warmth and back‑office rigour will help us set a new benchmark for concierge‑level financial advice.
Key responsibilities
Meeting Preparation
Draft agendas, create presentations, collect data, update Xplan/XTools+ models and prepare concise briefing files.
Pre‑populate fact‑finds, risk profiles and APL research for adviser review.
Advice Implementation
Produce and lodge applications, ROAs and implementation forms for super, investment and insurance recommendations.
Track every action through to completion, keeping clients informed in our signature friendly style.
Research & Modelling
Conduct comparative product, platform and insurer analysis, documenting recommendations with evidence.
Build contribution/pension/insurance strategies in XTools+ and stress‑test assumptions.
Client Concierge
Be the first cheerful voice clients hear—booking reviews, answering queries and organising documents
Maintain CRM tasks and pipeline to ensure service levels are exceeded, not merely met.
Ongoing Service
Prepare periodic portfolio and insurance reviews, chase outstanding requirements and follow up outstanding actions.
Identify opportunities to enhance the client’s strategy and flag them to advisers.
Practice Support
General administration duties
Contribute to process improvements and team projects.
About you

Meticulous eye for detail: nothing escapes your checklist; compliance is second nature.
Can‑do attitude: you own tasks end‑to‑end and will roll up your sleeves for the team.
Bubbly & client‑friendly: your natural warmth makes clients feel like VIPs every time.
Tech‑savvy: confident in learning new technologies. Experience with Xplan preferred.
Industry knowledge: sound understanding of superannuation, investments and personal risk.
