About the role:

• End to end portfolio management
• Inspections, entry condition reports & vacate reports
• New tenancy agreements
• Routine inspections
• Coordinate maintenance tasks
• Correspondence between tenants, landlords and tradespeople
• Lease renewals
• General Property Management tasks

The ideal candidate will be ambitious and hard-working with the following attributes:

• Outstanding knowledge of Queensland Legislation
• A current QLD Certificate of Registration
• Passionate about their career and Property Management
• Exceptional communication & relationship building skills
• Strong time & organisation management with high attention to detail
• Natural problem solver with an innate sense of initiative
• Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously
• Drivers licence & vehicle
• Console Cloud experience preferred
