We’re now looking for a Residential Installation Project Manager who thrives in a high-performance environment and doesn’t drop the ball. Ever.

THE ROLE

You’ll take full ownership of our residential install projects — from quote acceptance to final handover — ensuring timelines are met, teams are coordinated, and clients are thrilled with the service they receive.

This isn’t just about moving jobs from A to B — it’s about protecting our reputation and setting new standards every single day.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and motivate a team of 5 (scaling to 10+ as we grow).

Schedule, coordinate and oversee installations to ensure on-time delivery.

Communicate with clients, builders, and internal teams with absolute clarity and confidence.

Maintain rigorous quality control across every project stage.

Solve problems fast — before they become issues.

Ensure zero excuses and total accountability from the field to the office.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

Proven experience managing residential trade projects (air con/HVAC experience is essential).

A reputation for never missing deadlines and owning outcomes.

An obsession with client satisfaction and clear communication.

Impeccable organisation skills and a love for structure.

The ability to lead by example and keep your team firing on all cylinders.
