Have a track record already in the last 2.5yrs and some really nice looking projects ready to start.
Looking for an experienced Site Manager to drive processes across multiple sites concurrently.

ROLE
This is a 2IC role to the MD and as such, is a crucial role to the business.
You will typically be across 2-5 projects any one time at different stages.
Programming, planning, procurement, trade coordination, safety, quality, compliance to DBP Act and key contact for consultants and clients.

YOU
Ideally you are coming from at least 5yrs experience delivering custom residential home projects in a Supervisory capacity.
Challenges motivate you to push harder to find resolutions and get great outcomes.
You pride yourself on your high attention to detail and ensuring you are not surprised by anyone when you arrive to site as you are across it all.
With an uncompromising approach to safety and quality, you are confident that the MD or SafeWork or the Building Commission can rock up on your site unannounced and you will get a pat on the back following any audit.
Understanding the importance of proper planning and documentation; and with the help from head office, you can drive process on site knowing all the costs, materials, products and trades are all in place.
