Flint Group is a global leader in the production of print consumables worldwide and is dedicated to surpassing the needs of printers and converters worldwide. We have an opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Officer to join our team on a part-time basis.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Processing all customer service enquiries whether by phone, or email, quickly and efficiently, in line with department KPI’s.
• Processing customer orders and invoices via Digital Platforms incorporating SAP ,
• Liaise with planning and shipping departments to ensure customers receive all orders within confirmed delivery lead-time.
• Arrange and liaise with Export Forwarders for efficient shipment, booking transportation, and documentation creation and control.
• Processing all Customer Complaints within internal timescales.
• Investigating all Customer Invoice queries and responding within Flint Group response policy and raise credit note where applicable.
• Raising delivery notes and work closely with all Logistics departments to ensure on time shipments.
• Month end process in line with business requirements including invoicing, consignment invoicing and top ups.
• Customer price maintenance in SAP in line with Commercial quotations.
• Rebates and commission administration via SAP, ensuring accruals are updated on a monthly basis and credits approved and raised where required
• General administration.
• Cover other Administrators during times of absence or when necessary to share workload.
• Other additional administration duties when required as requested by direct manager.
What you bring to the table
• 2+ years of experience as a Customer Service Representative (manufacturing environment highly regarded)
• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
SAP Experience is required
• Dangerous Goods accredited (highly regarded)
• Excellent phone manner
• Effective interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• Ability to follow procedures and raise process deviations
• Ability to work autonomously with limited direction as well as in a team capacity
• Competency in numeric/alpha information
• Ability to work in a safe manner
• Effective Time management
• Actively develop personal skills to maintain superior and up-to-date experience and knowledge.

• Flexibility with working hours
