Our friendly, busy, Brisbane office is currently seeking a capable individual to step into an Office Administrator role, 25-30 hours per week.
Accountabilities include:
Coordination of field staff
Management of supplier bookings
Preparation of payroll
Processing of invoices
Health & Safety administration
General office administration
Successful applicants will:
Exhibit a high level of professionalism
Have good communication skills
Be resilient to the constantly changing nature of the construction industry
Have a strong grasp of both written and spoken English
Be computer savvy, particularly in Microsoft Excel
Have a basic understanding of accounting
Be able to work accurately
Our modern, Brisbane office is based in Hamilton with parking available.
