As our operations expand in Perth, we are looking for a proactive and organised Operations Coordinator/Allocator to join our dynamic team.

About the role and Opportunity:
As the Operations Coordinator/Allocator, you will be the key link between our clients, operations staff and allocation. You will work closely with our WA mobile site supervisor and on-site team leaders to overseeing daily customer job requirements, allocations, safety/compliance and ensure smooth operations across all sites. This is an autonomous role with full daily responsibility of the WA operation. You will be reporting directly to the WA state operations manager based in Sydney and National Operations Manager based in Brisbane and will have the opportunity to develop this role into a managerial position.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with clients for daily and weekly jobs requirements.

Work in conjunction with the allocation team to ensure labour resources are effectively deployed to meet operational demands.

Maintain accurate records of job assignments, timesheets, and toolbox reports.

Communicate with team leaders and employees regarding job instructions and expectations.

Proactively respond to operational changes and client requests, ensuring seamless service delivery.

Identify need and support the recruitment process for new team members.

Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures and standards.

Work closely with the senior management at head office for a strategic growth, sustainability planning and implementation.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in an operations or scheduling role, ideally within labour hire, logistics, or warehousing.

Excellent organisational and time-management skills.

Strong communication skills – both verbal and written.

Ability to manage priorities and remain calm under pressure.

Tech-savvy with confidence using scheduling or workforce management tools.

A team player who is hands-on, adaptable, and a solutions-focused individual.

Knowledge of WHS practices in a warehouse environment is an advantage.

Knowledge of sourcing/recruiting candidates externally and fostering the skills from within.

Be able to travel to multiple sites on a daily/ weekly basis to build the relationship with key operational staff members and clients.

Organise monthly/ quarterly team building events/ BBQ’s and create other motivational ideas for the team.
