The Role

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced automotive window tinter who is confident working independently and in a team on a wide range of vehicles. You'll be responsible for delivering top-quality installations in a fast-paced, professional environment.

For the right candidate, there is a clear pathway to progress into a Workshop Manager position if you desire, where you’ll take on more responsibility including workflow coordination and quality control.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately cut and install automotive window film on all vehicle types

Maintain high standards of quality and workmanship

Manage time effectively to meet daily job schedules

Communicate professionally with clients and team members

(Optional) Step into a leadership role to manage workshop operations

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 2 years of hands-on automotive window tinting experience

Strong knowledge of tools, techniques, and film types

Great attention to detail with pride in your workmanship

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

Positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to grow

A valid driver’s licence

Bonus Skills (Highly Regarded)

Experience with PPF (Paint Protection Film) installation

Experience with Vinyl Wraps (full or partial coverage)

Experience with Residential Tinting installation

Candidates with these skills may be offered additional responsibilities or pay incentives.
