The Role:
Do you love social media and creating content that stands out?
We are on the hunt for a Social Media Manager to take our clients' accounts to the next level.
You’ll be part of a passionate team of 10 creative marketing pros, working on accounts across industries like retail, construction, and professional services. Each day is different, offering endless opportunities to flex your creative muscles!
What you'll be doing:
- Plan, create, and manage engaging social media content (posts and reels) for multiple clients.
- Write witty, on-brand captions and design eye-catching Canva graphics that resonate.
- Stay on top of social media trends to keep our clients ahead of the curve.
- Grow engagement and report on social media campaign performance.
- Monitor campaigns and adjust strategies to optimise results.
- Collaborate with clients and our marketing team to deliver top-quality work.
- Create monthly EDMs to complement your clients' social strategies.
What we’re looking for:
- Flawless command of English. Writing engaging, typo-free captions and content is your superpower.
- Time management skills to handle a social media calendar many clients concurrently.
- Canva proficiency with a portfolio full of polished, creative, and impactful designs.
- At least 1+ years' experience managing multiple accounts and clients.
- A self-motivated team player with great communication skills and the ability to take ownership of your role.
- A knack for creativity and the ability to think outside the box for content ideas.
