About the role

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses and Endorsed Enrolled Nurses to join our team on a casual basis in Townsville and Darwin. As a valued member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality nursing care to our patients. What you'll be doing

Providing supervised medication administration and general nursing care to patients in a private mental health clinic

Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care to ensure optimal outcomes

Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to coordinate and deliver patient-centred care

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation

Promoting a safe and therapeutic environment for patients, visitors, and staff

Participating in ongoing professional development and training to enhance your skills and knowledge

What we're looking for

Current registration as a Registered Nurse or Endorsed Enrolled Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia/AHPRA

Demonstrated experience in a similar nursing role, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting

Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based nursing practices

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team

Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centred care

Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
