Practice Nurse – Darwin

Employment Type: Part-time or Full-time (Flexible hours available)

Pay Rate: $40–$42 per hour

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Practice Nurse to join our clients growing team. In this varied and rewarding role, you will work closely with our GPs and administrative staff to deliver exceptional clinical care to our patients.

Responsibilities:

· Conducting health assessments and chronic disease management

· Immunisations and wound care

· Assisting with minor procedures

· Patient education and health promotion

· Maintaining accurate clinical documentation

· Supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the practice

What We’re Looking For:

· Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse

· Experience in general practice or hospital nursing

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· A proactive, team-oriented approach

· Familiarity with Best Practice software is desirable but not essential
