We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Order Processing Coordinator to join our expanding Customer Service team. This role is based permanently at our Carole Park warehouse in Brisbane and will work closely with our Sales, Inventory, and Warehouse teams to ensure efficient order management and exceptional customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end client communication, including responding to emails and incoming customer calls.
Accurately process sales orders, customer invoices, credit notes, backorders, and account statements.
Investigate and resolve customer issues and inquiries, escalating or directing them as appropriate.
Liaise with the Sales team and Customer Service Manager to provide timely updates and assistance with customer inquiries.
Advise customers and sales team on delivery times and coordinate regularly with the warehouse team regarding dispatch schedules.
Monitor shipments and ensure timely tracking and order fulfillment.
Serve as a key point of contact between customers and internal teams, ensuring a seamless flow of information.
Maintain and generate various operational reports, including consignment sales and backorder tracking.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or order processing (experience in the animal health, pharmaceutical, or FMCG industries is an advantage).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with inventory or ERP systems.
