This role is a permanent Full-Time role and contributes significantly to the organisation’s continual improvement in providing excellent service to our members.
The Member Services (Miami FT) role will have three (3) key focuses:
Member Services Operations (Miami)
General Administration and Front Office
Stock and Inventory Control
The role plays an integral part in supporting the Member Services Manager, and the Gold Coast Gymnastics team to make well informed decisions and create an effective and efficient working environment. The role is responsible for overseeing all Miami based operations, managing all member-related services, processes, and staff to deliver on club objectives.
Duties will include supporting and delivering strategies to improve member satisfaction, manage member services projects, stock management as well as address member needs effectively, ensuring business operations at Miami is of a high standard at all times.
You will be interacting with members on a daily basis and must have a positive attitude to providing effective customer service to our member base.
Roster Availabilities across a wide span of hours is required including potential weekends and late shifts up to 7pm.
