An exciting opportunity exists to make a difference in the lives of people with a disability! As an Administration Assistant with Care1, you will be responsible for working closely with our dedicated Human Resources and Finance Teams.

About you
We're looking for an excellent communicator that is passionate and self-motivated. We are looking for an individual that would love to work in a high performing culture; an innovative thinker with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
You will:
be able to work autonomously to manage your own workload,
have a positive attitude, and the ability to think creatively to solve problems and promote solutions,
have customer service experience in healthcare, disability, aged care or related industry is beneficial but not essential,
feel comfortable using various systems including rostering systems and CRM and MS Office applications,
have the ability to establish and maintain relationships with a wide variety of key stakeholders,
have attention to detail along with excellent verbal and written communication skills,
About the Role
Key responsibilities include:
Coordinating the recruitment strategies based on consultation with Care Coordination, Human Resources and Management Teams
Screening, arranging interviews, conducting interviews, reference checks & other relevant selection activities
Interviewing ACWs from time to time
Undertaking reference checks for incoming ACW Staff
Coordinating NDIS worker checks (NDISWC), Working with Children Checks, and background checks into education and employment history (reference checks) in accordance with the company’s policy
Onboarding staff on databases – Mango and Alayacare
Creating staff IDs
Updating our systems with essential certificates and chasing staff for expired certificates
Managing exit surveys
Welfare checks and staff surveys in conjunction with the Human Resources and Recruitment Team
All administration duties as requested by management
Data entry in to our financial software (Xero) for the Finance Team
Account reconciliations for the Finance Team
Assisting with organising functions and catering from time to time
Ordering ACW supplies as requested by the Coordination team
Ordering office supplies, functions / catering supplies, PPE and supplies for ACW’s as required
Ad hoc projects from time to time for the Director, Operations Manager, Human Resources Team and Finance Team
