About the Role

We're looking for a Commercialisation Manager to drive the commercial journey of game-changing agricultural technologies particularly in grains and ag-biotech.

• Identify, assess, and commercialise innovative R&D outputs

• Support IP protection and licensing deals that put Victorian research in the hands of industry

• Shape go-to-market strategies and investment proposals

• Collaborate with leading scientists, legal experts, and commercial partners

• Contribute to a future where science delivers direct value to farmers and the community

About You

• A degree in Business and/or Science

• Qualifications in IP Law, MBA or economic modelling are highly desired

• Proven experience in commercialisation, deal-making or IP management

• Knowledge of research environments, ideally in ag-tech or public sector settings

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Passion for innovation, collaboration, and making science work for real people
