Responsibilities

As our business continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced, hands-on Plumbing Service Manager to oversee our operations throughout the ACT and NSW region. Your responsibilities will include:

Project Oversight: Managing plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance service calls to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. Working on projects from private client maintenance to commercial works.

Customer Service: Delivering exceptional service with transparent communications, ensuring our clients receive the highest level of care.

System Upgrades: Identifying opportunities to upgrade or replace aging or inefficient plumbing systems for improved performance and value.

Leadership & Mentoring: Leading a team of skilled professionals while mentoring the next generation of plumbing specialists.

Quality Control: Reviewing your teams work including quotes and reports to ensure consistency of service and quality across jobs.

Qualifications and What We Are Looking For

Licensure & Expertise: Possession of a valid plumbing license along with a deep understanding of local plumbing codes and regulations.

Service Excellence: A strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring client satisfaction at every stage.

Technical Acumen: Proven expertise in diagnosing and resolving issues across varied plumbing systems.

Reliability: Exemplary punctuality, dependability, and attention to detail.

Team Orientation: Ability to work effectively both as an autonomous leader and as an integral part of our collaborative team.

Experience: Demonstrable experience in plumbing services, ideally with a history of managing service operations.
