About the Role:
CPM Pest and Hygiene Services is seeking a Accounts Clerk for a part-time position with flexible hours, ideal for someone looking to balance work with other commitments. This role that combines general administration with accounts support across both our pest control and hygiene departments. You’ll be responsible for invoicing, managing client portals, updating key records, and providing professional communication with clients, staff and suppliers.

In Office Role with parking provided
Small and dedicated administrations team
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Generate and issue invoices for both pest control and hygiene services, including routine and ad hoc jobs
Submit invoices through client-specific online portals
Track completed jobs and follow up with relevant departments to ensure timely invoicing
Email, post, and release invoices to clients as required
Respond to client queries via email and phone
Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional manner
Maintain and update spreadsheets for tenders and large-scale commercial clients
Enter new service agreements and manage client setups in internal systems
Process cancellations and update records accordingly
Navigate and utilise in-house systems efficiently for day-to-day operations
Provide general administrative support to the team as needed
Key Criteria:
Proven experience in an administrative, accounts, or office support role
Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
Confident using spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) and email systems
Ability to learn and navigate in-house software and client invoicing portals
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in the pest control or hygiene industry is a plus but not essential
Knowledge of MYOB software
