The Position:

• Monday - Friday, no weekends or after hours!
• Manage a clean portfolio of 80 high-end apartments
• PropertyMe & Inspect Real Estate software
• Entry and exit inspections
• Routine inspections
• Minimal leasing
• Arrears management
• Maintenance
• Landlord and tenant liaison
• VA Support

The Successful Candidate:

• A minimum 12-18 months of Property Management experience
• QLD Certificate of Registration
• High level of attention to detail
• Strong organisational skills
• Outstanding telephone manner & time management
• Corporate presentation
• Valid driver's license & reliable car
