Property Manager – Brisbane or Gold Coast Based | $80K–$85K + Super + Company Car

Responsibilities:

• End-to-end management of a portfolio of 80–100 properties
• Conduct thorough entry/exit condition reports, including high-detail photographic documentation
• Liaise with tenants and landlords across diverse properties in locations such as Rochedale South, Park Ridge, Chandler, and Gumdale
• Work in close partnership with your assigned buddy and team
• Participate in a rotating Saturday roster with Friday off in lieu
• Use PropertyMe and IRE

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in Property Management
• Ability to manage a diverse property mix with strong problem-solving and time management skills
• Certificate of Registration in Real Estate (QLD)
• Mandarin-speaking an advantage
• Driver’s licence essential
