They have seen impressive growth across the business and have some interesting projects/acquisitions in the pipeline over the coming 12 months. The Role

Due to their recent growth and further acquisitions on the horizon, a need for an experienced Group Accountant role has arisen. You will report into the CFO and have the following responsibilities:

• Month end reporting including journals, accruals, prepayments and intercompany transactions
• Monthly management/board reporting with variance analysis and commentaries
• Tax compliance – BAS/FBT and Payroll Tax
• Consolidations
• Cash flow management
• Preparation of board reports
• Fixed assets register
• Liaising with various stakeholders including Divisional Finance staff, Operations staff and external auditors
• Process improvements and ad hoc project involvement

About You

• CA Qualified and experience working in the Big 4
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience
• You will be making your first move from either an Audit or Business Services role. Alternatively you will have prior experience in a Financial Accountant role within a large complex business
• Strong Excel capabilities
• High attention to detail, motivated and curious
