What you'll be doing
Manage a portfolio of mortgage clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout the loan application and settlement process
Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth mortgage transactions
Provide personalised guidance and support to clients, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to client accounts and loan activities
Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional financial products and services to existing clients
Contribute to the continuous improvement of client service processes and procedures
Collaborate with the broader team to achieve business objectives and enhance the customer experience
What we're looking for
Substantial experience (Min 2 years) in a client-facing role within the mortgage or financial services industry
Thorough understanding of mortgage products, lending policies, and regulatory requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate record-keeping and timely task completion
Proficiency in using relevant mortgage and client management software
Relevant tertiary qualifications or industry certifications would be highly regarded
Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (FNS40815) is advantageous
Must have permanent Australian work rights and be eligible for police clearance
Proficiency in Xplan, NextGen.Net ApplyOnline, and Microsoft Office Suite and or My CRM
