About the Role

As our new Credit Analyst / Client Manager, you’ll be the key point of contact for clients throughout the finance process — from document collection to unconditional approval. Working closely with our broker and offshore team, you’ll manage deals efficiently while delivering a premium client experience.

This is a permanent, full-time role with flexible remote/hybrid options available.

Key Responsibilities

Case manage residential loan applications from lead acceptance to formal approval

Communicate with clients to gather documents, answer questions, and guide them through the finance process

Workshop lending scenarios and research lender policies

Prepare credit proposals and support loan submissions

Collaborate with our offshore team (processors, admin, and settlement officer) to manage file progression

Maintain accurate records and notes in our CRM and compliance system

What You’ll Need

Minimum 2 years’ experience in mortgage broking, credit analysis, or residential lending

Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills

Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid environment

A client-first approach with the ability to build rapport quickly

A genuine passion for property and finance
