About the Role
As a Senior Client Service Manager, you will be a key player in delivering a seamless and exceptional experience for our clients. You’ll work closely with our award-winning brokers, act as the central point of contact for clients, and ensure the smooth progression of loan applications from submission to settlement.
This role also includes a leadership component, where you’ll support and mentor junior team members, helping to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
You'll report to the Head of Finance and support a variety of different mortgage brokers around Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end mortgage process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Meet all application deadlines, including finance due dates and settlement timelines.
Work alongside international teammates to prepare application submissions in line with a strong understanding of lender credit policies.
Liaise with brokers, lenders, and clients to ensure alignment and transparency.
Identify and resolve application discrepancies and proactively manage missing information.
Provide leadership and guidance to junior Client Service Managers.
Maintain consistent, proactive communication with clients throughout their journey.
About You
You’re a confident and experienced mortgage professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. You bring a strong background in credit and loan processing, and you’re ready to step into a leadership role where you can make a real impact.
You’ll bring:
- 2–3+ years of experience in a similar client service, loan processing, or broker support role.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, either formally or informally.
- Strong knowledge of the mortgage process and credit assessment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and a passion for helping clients succeed.
