About the Role
We are partnering with a well-established and fast-growing mortgage brokerage looking to appoint an experienced Client Services Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a structured, professional team that places genuine value on service, accuracy and client outcomes.
You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end loan process, working closely with both clients and brokers to ensure applications are accurately packaged, submitted, and settled in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
Manage loan applications from submission through to settlement
Liaise directly with lenders, brokers and clients to facilitate a smooth lending process
Review, collect and analyse documentation, including bank statements and payment details
Ensure compliance requirements are met throughout the process
Provide exceptional customer service and timely updates to clients
Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout their lending journey

About You
Previous experience in a Client Services Manager or Loan Processing role within the mortgage or finance industry
Strong credit understanding, including reviewing bank statements and supporting documents
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
Clear communication skills and a professional, client-focused approach
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
