Exciting part-time position

Evoca Homes is currently looking for a part-time Accounts payable officer, approx. 20-25 hours per week (either 5 days a week, or 3 days a week)

You will ideally have some previous accounts payable knowledge and have previous experience in end of month reconciliations. An attention to detail and strong work ethic is required. Knowledge of Databuild is a pre-requisite and a must.

As an Accounts Officer the applicant will require the following.

· Highly motivated and enthusiastic attitude

· Highly organised – ability to multi-task and deal with a variety of activities

· Fast and accurate data entry

· Excellent communication skills

· Effectively and accurately processing weekly subcontractor and end of month payments.

The successful applicant will possess the following.

· Strong interpersonal, communicational & time management skills

· Strong organisational skills with the ability to work to deadlines

· Attention to Detail

· Ability to problem-solve

· Experience using Therefore & Ezescan is preferred.

· Databuild knowledge is a must

· Good Computer skills
