Office & Studio Manager – Be the Face of Our Studio!
Location: Gordon, Sydney, NSW
Job Type: Part-time (35 hours per week) with potential for a full time position. Flexible working arrangements

The Jazz Factory, a leading dance school with a strong family culture, is looking for a standout Office & Studio Manager to become the face of our studio.
About the Role
As the first point of contact for students, parents, and staff, you will play a pivotal role in creating a welcoming, professional and organised environment. Your ability to communicate clearly, manage operations, and support a dynamic team will be essential to our continued success.
You will be responsible for both front-of-house presence and behind-the-scenes coordination, with approximately 15–20 hours per week in the studio and 15–20 hours working from home. This role offers variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the day-to-day operations of our vibrant community.
Please note: Applicants based locally or within easy commuting distance to the studio will be highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact and the welcoming face of the studio
Provide exceptional customer service to students and families
Manage studio administration, scheduling, and communications
Drive sales, enrolments, and community engagement
Financial administration, including invoicing and bookkeeping
Work closely with the Director and teaching team
About You:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills – confident, friendly and professional
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
Able to take initiative, solve problems, and work independently
Experience in admin, marketing, or studio/school management
Tech-savvy – comfortable using online tools, social media, and email systems
Accounting/bookkeeping experience
Passion for dance or the performing arts is a must
Mature, responsible and team-oriented – 21 years+
Local candidates preferred due to the in-person studio requirements
