About the role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Casual Real Estate Telemarketer & Prospector to join our dynamic team at Leading Realty Sunshine Coast in Mooloolaba, Queensland. As a Casual Real Estate Telemarketer & Prospector, you will play a crucial part in generating new business opportunities and driving the growth of our residential sales operation.

What you'll be doing

Proactively making outbound calls to prospective clients and nurturing warm leads

Identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities through effective communication and needs analysis

Scheduling appointments and arranging property viewings for our sales team

Maintaining accurate records and database management to track lead generation efforts

Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with potential clients

Collaborating with the sales team to support the overall business development strategy

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a sales or telemarketing role, preferably within the real estate industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence effectively

Excellent time management and organisational skills, with a proven ability to work independently and as part of a team

A results-driven mindset and a passion for achieving sales targets

Familiarity with real estate sales processes and terminology

Proficiency in using CRM systems and data management tools

Real Estate Licence is required
