We are currently seeking exceptional casual Educators to join the team at our Early Childhood service in Surfers Paradise, QLD!

• Interest in and/or passion for the RIE approach
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Inclusive of others and brings a positive attitude every day
• Ready to implement contemporary, evidence-informed pedagogy
• Open to our innovative and unique way of programming and practice
• Ability and motivation to build positive relationships and meaningful connections with colleagues, families, children, and the wider community
• Enthusiastic, dedicated and reliable professional who is relentless in the pursuit of excellence for children and willing to grow with our service.

Essential Criteria:

• Valid Blue Card
• Understanding of contemporary child safe practices
• Flexible availability across the week during service days and hours of operation
• Current relevant First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificates as well as Child Protection training completed within the last 12 months, specifically CHCPRT025 - 'Identify and Report Children and Young People at Risk' (or willing to obtain/renew as required)
• ACECQA approved Cert III or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, or working towards, depending on course progress. ECT candidates with relevant experience welcome to apply as we do have a permanent full-time ECT Room Leader available in our Kindy room as well.
