The Role:
As our Venue Manager, you’ll be reporting to the partners directly and will be working side-by-side with our senior team to lead the venue. You’re a natural leader, not just managing the team but inspiring them to bring their best every day. You don't just talk about great vibes - you make them happen. This is about a genuine and caring approach to leadership, where the buck stops with you in driving team culture, delivering top-notch service, and keeping the energy high.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire a team of 15-20 across both front and back of house, ensuring they thrive in a positive, high-energy environment.

• Deliver exceptional customer service by maintaining our signature sequence of service and guaranteeing that each guest leaves with a smile.
• Collaborate with our senior team to ensure rostering, healthy stock management and ordering while meeting operational revenue targets. We'll handle the boring paperwork, but you'll always be on top of the key metrics and know how the venue is tracking week to week.
• Provide hands-on training and development for your team, ensuring consistent quality in both product knowledge and service standards.
• Always wear the Revenue hat, being directly responsible for how the venue is tracking weekly.
• Use key metrics to track and improve performance, collaborating with our Senior GM and finance team.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and hygiene standards while maintaining a vibrant and busy atmosphere.

What We’re Looking For:
Awesome Experience: At least 2 years in a leadership role within a high-volume, fast-paced venue. We will value and consider the right attitude and personality over the dry skills, so don’t be shy!
